‘Tis the Season

While rushing around preparing succulent meals and desserts for family and friends,
‘Tis the season to prepare a meal for the needy in our community.
While selecting just the right gift to demonstrate our love to someone special
‘Tis the season to demonstrate Christ’s love to someone at a shelter who would appreciate any gift.
While giving thanks for the abundant blessings that fill our homes
‘Tis the season to abundantly bless those who do not have a home that they make give thanks.

For it is truly in the giving that we receive. In blessing others that we are blessed. Our hearts overflow with Thanksgiving and Christ’s love as we lavishly pour out our blessings on those who need to be touched by His love.

“and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.” Isaiah 58:10 NIV

In your heart answer, on what and where are your spending your blessings?
